"I went there with a friend of mine. We were traveling from out of state on our motorcycles. It had been a cold trip and my friends wife had an electric jacket liner that stopped working during our trip to Florida from Texas. Needless to say, with temps in the mid 30's to 40's it was a cold trip for her.
We went into the store in Pinellas Park and asked if there was a way to swap out the jacket liner as it had only been used once since the purchase almost a year prior.
My friend didn't have a receipt and he had purchased the item online as well so a record of the purchase was hard to get. The salesman went above and beyond my expectations. He called the corporate office to explain the details. Corporate sent my friend an e-certificate to his phone that more than paid the price of a new jacket liner.
We went home a couple days later and my friends wife was toasty warm in her electric jacket liner.
I was impressed with the salesman, as we were from out of state and he probably wouldn't ever see us again. I'll say this, I will speak the praises to all my friends and family of what he did for us that day. I commend Cycle Gear! Thank you!"

"I was looking for protection for a friend who rode a sportster. When I put down the gloves I picked I asked if he would wear them. He was completely honest and took me over to more of the cruiser gloves and picked out some in my price range and showed me the protection it gave and said he had a pair himself. My friend who I could never convince to wear gloves loved them so much he started saying these are badass I think I’m gonna try them out. He hasn’t stopped wearing them since.
